The Importance of Engaging with the Community
Having dedicated several decades to teaching, my objective is to connect with individuals across all generations and levels—spiritually, emotionally, socially, and philosophically. Many people in our community are seeking answers to navigate these complex issues. As I interact with various individuals, I often encounter those who find themselves at a crossroads, feeling confused and lost. It becomes our responsibility, as leaders, to nurture, assist, and guide them onto the right path. However, if we fail to demonstrate the fruits of the Spirit (Matthew 7:17), it becomes challenging to fulfill the Great Commission in our community (Matthew 28:18-20) and to draw individuals into fellowship.
Striking a balance is essential; we are called to thrive and reach out to others (1 Corinthians 9:20-22). Our teaching within the community aims to empower individuals to cultivate positive outcomes and to remind them that deliberately avoiding fellowship with other believers (Hebrews 10:24-25) may reflect a deeper issue in their spiritual well-being.
Nevertheless, it is crucial to recognize that the quality of one’s relationship with God is not solely determined by church attendance. God’s love for His children is not based on the number of times they attend church.

My name is Frank McClure. Growing up as the 11th of 14 children, we lacked many material things, but my family ensured we always had food. To distract myself from what we didn’t have, I focused on baseball and athletics.

Inspired by the legacy of Negro Leagues and its players such as Jackie Robinson and Willie Mayes, a fellow barrier-breaker, the author shares a story of overcoming a significant personal hardship (details revealed within).
